Merry Meet friends :)  Well a special day over here in Australia, it is the winter solstice today and i have enjoyed it so far and plan a ritual working tonight. Unfortunately it will be a solitary affair as my coven family live about 2000 kilometers away :( Still always nice to celebrate the turning of the wheel.

As for other things going on in my life.....i have just come back from out of town with work again and it was an ok trip. I swear the puppies grew heaps while i was away and they are so cute now. They respond to my voice when i come in the room to see them, makes me just melt when their little furry faces look up at me!!  I am so blessed.

Family are all good as are the other furred and feathered creatures in my life.

Work ok, not really stimulating, but helps renovate the house!! LOL

Each pay i get means something for the block or something done here so makes it worthwhile and gives me a goal.  I have been offered another couple of jobs over the last two weeks but am reluctant to change at this point, unless it is for something i am really passionate about. I trust that an opportunity will come when the time to move on is right within my world :)

Pagan Angel

Hi friends :)  Well, it 's happened!!!  We have four furry puppies in residence and they are adorable. I have added a pic to my public gallery. It is a photo of one of the babies taken a few days ago when they were 4 days old. He is so cute!! 

Their mum is doing a great job and delivered them herself this time, no c section and all went well.

Life busy but ok, work hhmm,  not too bad, home is still being painted, not too much let to do now so feeling good about it and it is looking nice. Gardens beautiful and thriving and we are starting to see all the little annuals popping up from last year and some are flowering now.

Well, we finally had a plumber come to plumb the new tub in and it looks great, well, as good as it can with no wall panelling or tiling, i can't wait to get stuck into it now and get it finished.

I haven't done much more painting, just some of the trims around the doors and windows, fiddly stuff!!  As you can see by the pic, i have to do the around all the trims at the front door yet!! All the doorways internal and those that lead outside are really badly chipped and nasty looking :(

Our puppies are due in just over a week and i can't wait, mother dog is waddling around the place and presenting her tummy for a good rub at every opportunity LOL

I will add some pics i took of them waiting for their dad to get home from work, they assume the position at the door about 10 minutes before he is due home, very cute!

The gardens are great and enjoying the  break from the awful summer heat.

Pagan Angel

Merry meet everyone, hope you are all well and happy?  Life pretty good at the moment. Work hectic but have spoken with my supervisor and am feeling much more settled and happy now :)

On the home front, the land settled yesterday!!!  Very excited and feel very blessed to have our own piece of Australia (25acres!)  It is just a rough bush type block but is all ours. I will put a couple of pics up for you to see.

We are expecting to have some puppies arriving in about 3 more weeks, looking forward to that very much. Mother dog is doing very well and is happy and content.

The gardens are thriving and i hope i might get a new plant for mother's day!!

My trip away was ok, but as always i was glad to get home. Not using the spa too much now as it is getting much cooler during the day and is too cold at night to go and hop in.  Still indulging in a glass of red or two though LOL

My friends mum passed away just 24 hours after she arrived in the states, i am so glad she got to say goodbye and attend the funeral. She is back in Australia now, back at work and waiting for her house contract to settle so she can move in. I am glad she has the distraction of packing for the move at this time.

Hi all, i had a few minutes so thought i would update :)

I have to go away for work again for a few days early next week, then i have a week at home and then away for a few days at the end of the following week, don't enjoy being away from home much but i guess it pays the bills!!  We still haven't had any real rain and our wet season is finished, bit scary. The gardens are doing well and we water as little as possible so are lucky that they are still doing so well. I haven't had time to finish the painting but have prepared the walls in the latest painting area so when i have time i can just get stuck into it.

One of my closest friends is off to the states next week, her mum is very ill, i really feel for her, it will be a difficult trip to make.  Losing a parent must be an incredibly difficult thing to have to deal with, i can only imagine. 

She is in the middle of purchasing a home as well  but i think in a way, having that distraction will prove helpful and give her a focus when she returns. Wish i could do more to help, 2000km is too far away!!

The land process is still in the works and we just have to wait now until the search results on everything come back, fingers crossed (and toes too!!)  If we are fortunate enough to own it next month, i will add some pics for you all to see.
